This study develops and validates a creative school environment test (CSET) for university students. After deducting the domain and components through a literature review, the content validity was confirmed by experts, and 20 question items in two domains were developed as a preliminary test. The participants of this study were 626 university students. The data were statistically processed using SPSS WIN 25.0 and AMOS WIN 25.0 programs to verify the reliability and validity of the test. The appropriateness of the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin sample was confirmed, and Bartlett’s sphere formation test was performed. Exploratory factor analysis was performed using the main axis decomposition method and oblimin rotation, confirmatory factor analysis, the maximum likelihood method, and fitness indexes such as CFI, IFI, TLI, and RMSEA were used. The final decision regarding the creative school environment test for university school students was categorized into two domains, with a total of 18 questions, and the reliability of each area was Cronbach .871–.905, while the total reliability was .923. Therefore, the test developed in this study has the validity and reliability of measurement items for each area, and it can be used to measure the creative school environment for university school students.

Equity in territorial planning is is a wellknown concept and of central importance in the theoretical debate and planning practice of Western countries. However, in Albania, the goal of justice and equality in territorial planning remains a new challenge, unaddressed in practice and far from the focus of academic research. This paper seeks to raise concerns about the evaluation of new local plans that have been drafted over the last decade in Albania regarding the criteria of justice and equality for urban development. The term equality, in the context of city planning, refers to the technique of conforming the territory and the developing real estate, for which the regulatory plan should evenly distribute the advantages and disadvantages of urban planning.. We argue that there is a gap in the legal framework in Albania which does not provide a methodology that enables the fair distribution of development rights through territorial plans. The new local plans drafted from 2013 onwards use Development Instruments such as land use and territorial development indicators reflecting the factual situation in some areas and unsubstantiated interests in others. In this regard, there is a need for a review of local territorial plans regarding the evaluation of the implementation of the principle of equality in the distribution of development rights. In a further perspective, the article suggests an integrated review of the legal planning framework including the legal provisions of sectoral legislation governing informal construction issues and property titles unresolved by the political regime of past decades. Related to the issue of equality of development law with property development rights, the article argues that an integrated solution of the legal framework of territorial planning and development by applying the criteria of justice and equality in the distribution of urban development rights, offers opportunities for resolving conflicts inherited from other legal acts, widely contested in connection with the denial of the right to territorial development, such as the law on the treatment of property and the law on the legalization of informal settlements.

Inulin is a polysaccharide with several applications within the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industry. It is considered a dietary fibre that provides multiple health benefits. In this work, the yield of raw inulin obtained from garlic agro-industrial useless organic waste was maximized, by applying the response surface methodology in a central composite design (CCD), in which different distilled-water (DW)-to-garlic-agro-industrial-organic-waste (GAIOW) ratios (3 and 5 mL/g) and different temperatures (60 and 80 °C) were evaluated. Optimal condition was obtained with a DW/GAIOW ratio of 4.3 mL/g and a temperature of 80.2 °C. Under this condition, the quadratic model showed a maximum yield of crude inulin of 8.17 ± 0.89 g/100 g. Further, the CCD model obtained was validated with three additional experiments at the same optimal condition. The FTIR spectra of inulin obtained from garlic agro-industrial organic residues and chicory inulin showed similarities and differences, presumably related to the different degrees of polymerization of the fructans present.

The educational process, assumed as the interaction between individuals of different generations, allows the transmission of relevant aspects for the intellectual formation and personal development of the human being. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a recreational game program on mathematics learning in third grade students; The research was carried out under the quantitative approach, with a quasi-experimental and longitudinal cut design where the `Instruimos` test was used as an instrument. The main results found were that both the control and the experimental group presented changes in the post-test, being significant in the experimental group. The aforementioned study concludes that the educational processes that use recreational play are positive since this allows the understanding of concepts, the improvement of techniques and the acquisition of problem solving methods.

COVID-19 has emerged as multifarious lung disease with various clinical presentations in addition with common cold and flu. The airway inflammation, bronchial hyper responsiveness and mucus secretion leading to airflow obstruction is characterized as cause of inconvenient breathing. Currently the CoV-2 is diagnosed with polymerase chain reactions and some biochemical techniques employed in virology but lung function tests are ignored. No one is still established serum biomarker to assess the severity of inflammation and obstruction of airways. Present study was conducted to evaluate clinical utility of serum Periostin level in Cov-2 infected patients in term of significant correlation of serum Periostin levels with absolute Eosinophil count and lung function test. Total 760 CoV-2 infected participants were subjected to study. Infection was further classified into mild, intermittent, moderate and severe types and 100 patients for each groups were studied. Patients with COPD or other type of allergy were excluded from the study. Patients from 18-60 years of age, diagnosed with asthma by a Pulmonologist and age and gender matched non-asthmatic adults were included in the study bearing CoV-2 infections. Absolute eosinophil count were determined by XN-1000 Sysmex hematology analyzer and serum Periostin level were measured with manual Elisa method. Lung function test was performed with spirometer (FEV1) at Ayub Teaching hospital. The data was entered and analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Comparison between two groups were calculated by sample t-test and correlation were calculated by person correlation coefficient. Study concluded that Serum periostin level and absolute eosinophil count were significantly correlated with severity of COVID-19 infections and can be used as surrogate markers for diagnosis and severity of disease.

Background: Piper betle L., popularly known as “Paan” is a creeper plant which belongs to the genus Piper under the Piperaceae family. Leaves of this plant are very popular and traditionally used to chew with betel nut in many Asian countries. P. betle is also popular for its noteworthy ethnopharmacological values which ensure their use in folkloric medicine in different localities from the very ancient era. \nObjectives: In this study, P. betle leaf juice (PBJ) was subjected to evaluate for its antihyperlipidemic activity on high-fat-diet induced hyperlipidemia in an experimental rat model. \nMaterials and Methods: Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were allowed to high-fat diet ad libitum for a period of one month followed by concurrent administration of PBJ treatment along with high-fat diet for another one month. The rats were sacrificed at the end of the two months study for the evaluation and analysis of lipid profile and related parameters of hyperlipidemia. \nResults: Our study showed a promising effect of PBJ on body weight, lipid profile, oxidative and antioxidative enzymes in the treated rats compared to the hypelipidemic control group. All doses of PBJ (0.5 – 3.0 mL/rat) significantly reduced the body weight of rats hyperlipidemic rats compared to hyperlipidemic control. PBJ at the doses of 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, and 3.0 mL/rat significantly (p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001) improved the levels of TC, LDL-c, TG, HDL-c and VLDL-c when compared with hyperlipidemic control group. Similarly, PBJ doses starting from 1.0 mL/rat to 3.0 mL/rat reduced the oxidative biomarkers of liver AST, ALT, ALP, and creatinine in comparison with hyperlipidemic control rats. \nConclusion: Our findings clearly demonstrated the potential lipid lowering activities of PBJ in hyperlipidemic rat model. Therefore, we can conclude that PBJ can be a good candidate for the development of antihyperlipidemic medication or as an alternative medicine.

Even though, for the past decade many works have looked into workplace diversity with moreemphasis on primary diversity; age, race and gender within organizational setting yet, what hasbeen left out in most of these works is how employee commitment and satisfaction mediate therelationship between employee diversity and job performance. This study therefore, sought toimprove our understanding on the mediating role employee commitment and job satisfactionhas on the relationship between employee diversity and competency-based performance byusing the Tomas Bata University in the Czech Republic as the study scope. Validation quotedfrom survey questionnaires of 237 participants provide support for our research propositions.The research produced a result suggesting that there is a positive relation between employeediversity and competence-based performance at the Tomas Bata University. However, therelationship between diversity and competence-based performance is strengthened by a thirdvariable that is, employee commitment and employee satisfaction. Consequently, our researchcontributions and recommendations for further research opportunities are underlined in thefinal part of this document.

OBJECTIVE: There is evidence that measuring levels of endocrine hormones, lactate and Simplified Acute Physiology Score II (SAPSII), can predict the prognosis and length of hospitalization of a poisoned patient. This study was conducted to evaluated levels of TSH hormone and serum lactate among poisoned patients admitted to the ICU during one year.\nMethods: In this cross-sectional study, patients who were admitted to the Toxicology ICU were non-randomly enrolled in the study after consent forms were obtained from the closest relatives. After sampling, serum levels of TSH and lactate was measured using similar kits. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 21).\nResults In this descriptive cross-sectional study, total of 150 patients with an average age of 39 years were examined, and 26 patients died. Simplified Acute Physiology Score II (SAPSII) and lactate were identified as prognostic factors for disease outcome. Moreover, after adjusting age and gender using Logistic Regression analysis, chance of death among patients was increased by 10% with the addition of each one score to Simplified Acute Physiology Score II (SAPSII )(P value <0.01). \nConclusion: : Upon admission, serum lactate and Simplified Acute Physiology Score II (SAPSII )scoring system can help predict the outcome of poisoning in poisoned patients and play an important role in treatment and isolation of high risk patients. However, TSH cannot be considered as a prognostic factor. Further studies are recommended to certainly approve this conclusion Serum Lactate, TSH, Poisoning, ICU, prognosis

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of agricultural credit on rice productivity in upper, middle and lower regions of Sindh, Pakistan. The random sampling technique was applied to collected data from 180 rice growers through a face to face interview. Cobb-Douglas production function was applied to analyze the data. The results show that agricultural credit has significant and positive impact on rice productivity in upper, middle and lower regions of Sindh. Thus agricultural credit increases farmers rice productivity by about 0.07 (P<0.024), 0.05(P<0.000) and 0.49 (P<0.022), respectively. Therefore, our study recommended that the improvements of agricultural credit schemes, ZTB should supply credit timely during the sowing season of rice crop and must be ensured proper utilization of the credit. Also, technical guidance may be provided by bank through training workshops and programs related to get maximum rice productivity. This is the first paper to examine the effects of agricultural credit on rice productivity in upper, middle and lower regions of Sindh, Pakistan as a case study. This paper will be an important addition to the literature regarding effects of credit studies.

This paper analyzes Agammaglobulinemia disease as a disorder passed down through families in which a person has very low levels of protective immune system proteins called immunoglobulins. \nThe paper depicts the research analysese of how 7-year-old male patient was born with normal height and weight from the first pregnancy, with latent pathology, although there was not observed any pathological change in the mile-wrist joint in radiography. As a mater of fact, ASO, RF were negative, and CRZ 110 (N: 0-5). \nIt conclusions that, based on the detection of a serious deficiency of humoral immunity and BLNK gene mutation, patient rarely diagnosed for the disease of agammaglo-bulinemia type 4 (AGM4).

Blind techniques play a crucial role in signal identification\nin termes of observed informations with acceptable\nprecision in noisy environment. In this work, we propose and\nimplement a new algorithm based on blind techniques for channel\nidentification and signal equalization. Our algorithm is a mixture\nbetween two established algorithms obtained in [1] and [2]. Our\nresults, compared to priviously published works produce better\nchannel estimation and signal equalization.

This work concerns the problem of the supervised\nidentification of the parameters using a new mathematic tools\nbased on a Positive-definite kernel on a Hilbert space using a\nGaussian kernel. The input sequence is assumed to be independent\nand identically distributed (i.i.d), zero mean and must\nbe non-Gaussian. The developed method is tested for different\nchannel models. Simulation examples are provided to verify\nthe performance of the developed method. The obtained results\nchowed the efficiency of the developped method.

The present study aimed at investigating the effect of reading task-induced involvement load on L2 vocabulary comprehension, production and retention. To this end, initially a sample of 90 Iranian B.A. level students majoring in TEFL and translation studies at Imam Khomeini International University (IKIU) were selected. After the administration of a subset of the Michigan Test of English Language Proficiency (MTELP), and the exclusion of the students who were not present in all treatment sessions, a sample of 60 participants remained. The participants were randomly assigned to three different groups of 20 members each. Each group was randomly assigned to a different treatment condition with various involvement load indices. After six consecutive treatment sessions, the participants were exposed to both immediate and delayed tests of vocabulary. The data were analyzed using a One-way ANOVA procedure for each question. The results showed that reading involvement load of three was significantly more effective on both vocabulary production and productive retention than load one, which was in turn, more effective than load zero. These findings lend support to the effectiveness of reading task-induced involvement load. The results of the present study may have implications for teachers, learners, and syllabus designers.

L’analyse statistique de la série de débits de pointe réalisée à partir des données hydrométriques de la station de Sidi Ali Benyoub, qui contrôle la totalité des écoulements du bassin versant de la Haute Mekerra a permis de retenir trois lois de distribution ; Weibull, Gamma et la Log-Pearson III (LP3). Ces lois ont été ajustées en utilisant les données locales et en estimant les paramètres de manière spécifique. Les résultats issus des 3 méthodes ne sont pas significativement différents. La comparaison entre ces trois lois de distribution a été faite sur la base du test Ki2 et des critères d’Akaike (AIC) et Bayésien (BIC).

Nano-SiO2 particles with distinctive weight percentage (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) were utilized to prepare nano-SiO2/MWNT/epoxy composites with constant weight percentage 3% of MWCNT. Ultrasonic mixing process used to disperse the nano-additives into the resin matrix. The mechanical property of composites with diverse weight percentages of nano-SiO2 were investigated. The prepared samples were examined by three point bending and hardness. By adding nano SiO2 particles to Epoxy/MWCNT composite, this would enhance the Young’s modulus (3.36 and 4.06 GPa) for composites EPCS2 & EPCS4 respectively with 2 and 4 wt. % nano SiO2 compared to the pure EP, (1.59 GPa). Flexural strength has been increased in a random manner with maximum value for 2 wt% nano SiO2 (111 MPa). The hardness of nanocomposite expanded with expanding SiO2 filler loading, it can be seen that SiO2 filler expanded the hardness, which can ascribed to the high hardness and more uniform dispersion of nano SiO2. The maximum hardness value is for composite with 5 wt% nano SiO2 (88), which is ~17% increase in hardness. DSC results show that Tg increase with increasing nano SiO2 content. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) used to carry out the characteristic of the fracture surface of composites. SEM explained the dispersion of nanotubes and nano SiO2 particles in the matrix.
