The idea of Organizational Knowledge Management (OKM) is becoming more popular with organizations. Although Knowledge Management and its work-associated outcomes have been examined in previous literature, only a small number of studies highlighted the role of Organizational Knowledge Management in fostering teacher innovation, in the context of primary school in Pahang state of Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between organizational knowledge management and teachers innovation work behaviour (TIWB) in school environment. This study utilized a quantitative approach survey method involving a total of 318 teachers in 30 primary schools (TS25) cohorts 1, 2, and 3 in the state of Pahang. The data has been analysed by descriptive and inferential using SPSS-Amos software. The observed data met the requirements of the fit indices (RMSEA=0.075, CFI=0.930, TLI=0.924, Chisq=2.78). The findings showed that significant effect of Organizational Knowledge Management practices on Teachers Innovative Work Behaviour practices (?=.885, p<.01). As conclusion, the role of organizational knowledge management is crucial in practicing knowledge that relevant to the organization to support the implementation of innovative work behaviour of teachers in schools. Implications, the structural equation model that has been suggested shows that organizational knowledge management practices may affect Teachers Innovative Work Behaviour in schools. This provides an indicator that courses, training, and educational leadership modules for teachers should be planned holistically to improve the quality as well as to transform the education system in Malaysia to achieve the goals of the Malaysia Education Blueprint 2013-2025.
This study has been conducted with the purpose of construct questionnaire of sports participation of faculty and staff at universities and confirming its validity and reliability. In this study 379 individuals from faculty members and staff of the University of Malayer city among 4000 people by using random cluster sampling method as statistical sample. In this study after examine content validity in order to examine the construct validity exploration factor analysis and for examine reliability Cronbach alpha and for data analyzing SPSS software version 32 were used. According to factor analysis the sport participation questionnaire of members of academic staff were distributed in 8 items which consisting of Psychological (5 items), family (5items), social (5 items), cultural (5 items), administrative (5 items), facilities (5 items) and economical (4 items). The reliability of questionnaire was calculated as 0/904 by using Cronbach\
The present paper proposes a maximum power point tracking algorithm (MPPT), based on a neural network controller (NNC) and applied to a stand-alone photovoltaic system under variable temperature and irradiance conditions. The objective of this work is to design a new MPPT-NNC in order to reduce the calculation block and thus get a faster response. This is done through the implementation of the controller on an \"FPGA Xilinx Virtex-II\" circuit. The main advantages of a such circuit are the short development time, the low cost and the great operating flexibility.
A Detailed Project report (DPR) of a village road which is to be built on an earthen road connecting Niranjanpur village to Sundarpada-Jatni Main Road having a length of 1.45Km. This will help in providing all-weather connectivity to the people residing in the nearby villages. The existing earthen road is of very low quality with undulations and depression all along. The road passes through laterite quarries and rain fed forest. During rainy season, most part of the road remains muddy and some parts are submerged in rain water due to poor drainage system. This proposal is to provide a flexible pavement for the entire length of this earthen road connected with a drainage system for a stretch of 400m. A slab culvert is also designed for the project road having a span of 3m as per the requirements. This report includes all the parts regarding soil & material testing, pavement designs, drainage & culvert designs including drawings and estimations. The total cost is estimated to be approximately Rs. 1 crore 12 lakhs.
The study involved 12 undergraduate teacher trainees who embarked on several 3-step sequenced laboratory activities to assess how it would affect their conceptual understanding of some analytical chemistry concepts in a conceptual laboratory. A quasi experimental approach was adopted. Results from the study showed that majority of the trainees preferred engaging in virtual activities more than, and before physical activities. There were improved gains in conception with trainees’ engagement in sequenced experimentation with a Hake’s gain of 0.58.
Load balancing is a major challenge in today’s ever increasing traffic. Balancing huge amount of incoming requests is a huge concern. Although there are already a wide range of load balancing algorithms [1-3] at our disposal, deciding the most appropriate one is what leaves the users confused. If the load is not handled properly, it can lead to the breakdown of the entire network within seconds. Hence a strong and methodological comparison [4-7] is made in this paper considering various functionalities to be handled by a server. A detailed focus has also been made on how the data should be transferred over the network once the connection has been made. An optimized algorithm to the Shortest Path Algorithm combined with Ford Fulkerson Algorithm [8-9] has been suggested to help distribute the data on the network in the best way.
In this paper the thermal behavior of chromium Cr was investigated using two different techniques of thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry under N2 gas atmosphere from 25 to 1600°C. The identity of products at different stages was confirmed using the XRD technique. Both techniques produced results supporting the stages for the production of different compounds. The received products were investigated by SEM electron microscopy. The form and size of crystals produced were investigated. The distinct energy changes were observed, namely the endothermic changes in DSC. The amount of ?H for each peak was also reported. The experiments confirmed the process of 3Cr + N2 ? Cr2N + CrN.
Background: Hepatitis B infection is a serious global public health problem. The aim of the present study was to assess the seroprevalance of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), as well as risk factors associated with hepatatis B virus (HBV) infection among pregnant women attending antenatal care clinics of the University Hospital in Antioch,Turkey. \nMethods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out between May 2016 and December 2016. The socio-demographic characteristics and data on possible risk factors for HBV infection were collected by face to face interview using a structured questionnaire from pregnant women. The presence of HBsAg was determined using Chemiluminescent Immunoassay. Chi square test was utilized to estimate statistical significance of association between socio-demographic variables and HBsAg status. p? 0.05 were considered statistically significant. The results were generated as proportions odds ratio (OR) with their 95% confidence intervals (Cl) and calculated by both univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. \nResults: The seroprevalance of HBsAg was found 2.1%. The mean age of a total of 475 pregnant women was 27.11 (SD±5.57) years in the present study. A significant association was observed between age and HBsAg seropositivity (p=0.027). History of blood transfusion(AOR=9.51,p=0.006), history of hepatitis (AOR=11.13,p=0.006),tattooing (AOR=13.64,p=0.002) and history of household/close contact (AOR=11.10,p=0.016) were significantly assotiated with the risk of HBV infection. \nConclusion: Data regarding the seroprevalence of HBsAg and risk factors associated with HBV infection in pregnant women plays a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness of the public health protection policies and the strategies to control the disease.
