Fibromyalgia is a chronic disease with diverse physical and psychological symptoms and impairments. The present pilot study aims to evaluate the implementation of a previously protocoled online resistance training program in postural balance, physical fitness, and fibromyalgia impact, as well as adaptations and strategies necessary for a better follow-up of the participant during the program. Three participants with an average age of 53.67 (SD=5.51) years and medical diagnosis of fibromyalgia performed eight weeks of online resistance training exercises (2/week). Physical fitness and postural balance (force platform), fibromyalgia impact (FIQ), and symptoms (VAS) were evaluated before the exercises and after 16 sessions. The variation from pre to post-training intervention was determined by calculating the percentage of change in each variable. All participants showed gains in countermovement jump (11 to 46%), and a reduction in pain intensity (10 to 19%). Two out of three participants showed improvement in the countermovement jump with free arms (4 and 28%), medicine ball throw (2 and 42%), mood state (20 to 32%), also a reduction in FIQ (4 and 27%), center of pressure (COP) velocity with eyes open (10 and 7%), COP displacement with eyes open (6 and 9%), anxiety (15 to 84%) and fatigue (10 to 41%),. Only one participant has shown improvements in sleep quality (6%). Benefits on balance with eyes closed was not found. The online resistance training program protocol showed promising results in this pilot study, with potential gains in neuromuscular performance and balance, and reducing the negative symptoms associated with fibromyalgia. Adaptations were necessary throughout the program for better applicability.

We presents four patients with respiratory symptoms and radiological finding but without pulmonary diagnosis at the end. The first case is mitral chordae rupture, which is understood as a COPD exacerbation due to the dyspnea and fatigue. Considering normal auscultation finding, not smoker, the overall finding did not indicate COPD. Urgent heart ultrasound gave right diagnosis. The second was admitted as bilateral pneumonia. CT scan showed that it was a large intestinal hernia. The third case was presented as pleural effusion after the onset of acute chest pain. Profile radiography and CT scan diagnosed aortic aneurysm dissection and the patient underwent emergency surgery. The fourth patient underwent chest X-ray as part of the preoperative preparation of gallbladder calculosis, where a nodular tumor shadow was seen. CT scan showed that was a pericardial cyst. Imaging findings must be correlated with clinical manifestations. This paper presents some of the faces of non-pulmonary diseases with respiratory manifestations that can lead us a misdiagnosis and sometimes lethal outcome. A multidisciplinary approach, more diagnostic procedures with an adequate history of illness will give us the right diagnosis. In this way, the patient will receive appropriate treatment

In the present work, the samples were selected from different natural sources including water, soil, honey and milk. Primarily the bacteria were isolated on Nutrient Agar. Some amino acid producing strains were isolated and subjected for further study to enhance their amino acid production particularly of lysine. The bacterial strains which were producing reasonable amount of these amino acids were selected. To enhance the production of amino acids, the wild strains were mutated by exposing them to UV rays (Physical method) and also treating them with nitrous oxide (Chemical method). These mutant strains were screened and selected for lysine fermentation using different fermentation media. The method used to measure the amount of amino acid produced in broth culture was Acidic Ninhydrin method (Spectrophotometry). In this method ninhydrin reagent was used to react with amino acid in cell free broth. Standard solutions of these amino acids were made in same way. The amount of lysine was estimated in broth cultures using this method. Paper chromatography was also done for these amino acids. Using different fermentation media, bacterial strains produced different amount of lysine. Few bacterial strains which are rods, some are Gram +ve and other Gram –ve are under study for their capability to produce more concentrations of these amino acids as compared to other strains.

Over the years, companies have gained a good reputation for the strategic management more than the marketing literature, and nowadays, in competitive environments and in the marketing issue it is of the most important. The present research is aimed to assess the relationship between the company’s reputation and the capital structure in Tehran’s stock exchange. The population is comprised of all listed companies in Tehran’s stock exchange during 2009-2015. The regression model as a statistical model was used in the present research and collected data were computed and analyzed by the Excel and Eviews softwares, respectively. Data showed that there is a positive relationship between the company’s reputation and the ratio of the total debt to the total stockholders’ equity. Again, there is a positive relationship between the company’s reputation and the ratio of total debt to the total asset.

One of the most complex parts of supply chains, in which various processes are intertwined and which involve a large number of operators with different responsibilities, is the distribution center. One particular activity that substantially affects the efficiency of material flow within supply chains, and which is located within the distribution center, is order picking. The basic parameters of order picking systems are picking time and the distances traveled by the pickers. In order to reduce picking time, an original bound cavities method was developed which defines the sequence of execution of received orders in “pick and pass” systems, where the tendency is to perform zone changes in places where there is a continuity of no items for extraction. The paper explains the bound cavities method, and the benefits of its use are shown on simulation models of a “pick and pass” zone order picking system with two pickers.

VGF is neurosecretory protein, belongs to the extended granin family of proteins, originallyrecognized as a nerve growth factor (NGF) inducible gene product. It is selectively synthesized mostly in neuronal and neuroendocrine cells. It has a very simple organization. It has several biologically active peptides, described as VGF-derived peptides including APPG-40, APPG-37, GRPE-37, NERP-1, NERP-2, NAPP-129 (VGF 20), VGF 18, HFHH-51 (VGF 6), HHPD-1, AQEE-30 (Peptide V), LQEQ-19, TLQP-21 and TLQP-62 (VGF 10). Among these peptides TLQP-62 is of great significance because of its several remarkable biological effects like regulation of memory formation, glucose homeostasis and insulin secretion, gene transcription, neurogenesis, etc. Although in light of these outstanding behavioral and physiological roles, very few information are available regarding its mode of action. Still, no receptor has been found for TLQP-62 mediated cascading pathways. However, considering the significant biological function of TLQP-62, this review study was done to summarize the pathways involved in TLQP-62 mediated action, based on the information till now.

The study examined fiscal policy sustainability and economic growth in Nigeria between1980-2015. To achieve this objective, secondary data obtained from Central Bank of Nigeria were used. Descriptive analysis was employed to determine the trends of the variables, and econometrics techniques were employed to investigate the sustainability of the fiscal policy on Nigeria economic growth. Augmented Dickey Fuller and Philips-Perron statistics were used to check whether the variables were stationary. Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) was used to test long run relationship of variables and examined the sustainability of fiscal policy. Error Correction Model (ECM) was used to examine the impact of fiscal policy on Nigeria economic growth. The results of the study showed that government revenue, government expenditure and fiscal deficit increased tremendously during the period covered. The results of ARDL which further subjected to Wald test revealed that fiscal policy was weakly sustainable in Nigeria during the period 1980-2015with the results of (t-statistic=3.0127, F-statistic = 8.5641, P<0.005 and ?-value = 0.8564). In addition, the results showed that there is a long run relationship between fiscal policy and economic growth in Nigeria, and fiscal policy variables have impact on economic growth. Therefore, the study recommended among others that Nigeria government needs to ensure strict compliance with the policies that would increase government revenue and reduce expenditure.

Résumé : le présent article étudie des techniques stylistiques de la phrase périodique ou complexe. Ces types de style portent sur la proposition subordonnée appositive, les invariants stylistiques du sujet et du prédicat de la proposition principale. Dans ce but, nous choisissons d’aborder le style administratif ou politique de l’Union Africaine comme le cadre d’illustration de nos analyses stylistiques. Ainsi, notre objectif vise à montrer que la phrase périodique ou complexe obéit à plusieurs besoins communicationnels : le choix des structures syntaxiques identiques des subordonnées relatives appositives et celui des usages spécifiques de la principale répondraient aux besoins informatifs, intentionnels ou motivationnels, argumentatifs et esthétiques du style spécialisé. Les résultats attendus permettront de prouver et de vérifier si la phrase périodique, dans le domaine politique, visera une création des procédés stylistiques spécifiques pour se conformer aux normes du registre institutionnel ou technolectal.
