In this work, Glass/Carbon/Epoxy Hybrid Composite laminates were loaded under flexural loading and monitored by acoustic emission and the effect of fiber direction angle in hybrid composite laminates on acoustical signal processing was studied. In order to analyze the acoustical signal, two analytical methods were used: Wavelet Transform and Choi – Williams Transform. By comparing data’s and diagrams of two signal processing methods, it can be concluded that the 〖[-45,45]〗_7 layout has more efficiency because of its High frequency range and low frequency time. Also 〖[0,90]〗_7 layout isn’t appropriate layout for flexural loading until its interlaminar adherence raised by 5% Nano Clay. \nAlso, Wavelet Transform was diagnosed as better analysis method for acoustical signal analyze. Wavelet transform can process all the details of signal, even weak signals that causes wrinkles in 3D diagrams, but Choi – Williams Transform couldn\'t process weak signals and eliminates wrinkles. Furthermore Wavelet Transform has less coefficients range compared with Choi – Williams Transform.

This paper examines the causal relationship between oil prices and the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabi. This study is carried out by a data set collected over a period from the first quarterly 1974 to the last quarterly 2016. We seek how a change in real crude oil price affects the GDP of KSA. Based on a new technique, we treat this data in its continuous path. Precisely, we analyze the causality between these two variables by using their yearly curves observed in the four quarterly of each year. We discuss the causality in the sense of Granger which requires the stationarity of the data. Thus, in the first step, we test the stationarity by using the Monte Carlo test of a functional time series stationarity. Our main goal is treated in the second step where we use the functional causality idea to model the co-variability between these variables. We show that the two series are not integrated, that there is one causality between these two variables. All the statistical analyzes are performed using R software.

The current paper is a thematic study of Eliot\'s poem; \"The Hollow Men\". The method that has been used in this research is a textual analysis. The researchers used a thematic study in order to investigate the main themes of the poem and their relation with the circumstances of life in the modern age. The major objectives of this study are to shed light on the two main themes which are: religion and spirituality, meaninglessness and nothingness in the poem and how Eliot portrays his own view on the modern men and the modern life by the means of this poem. The researchers chose these themes first because modern men suffer from lack of spirituality and they live a meaningless and aimless life and this poem reflects the actual life of modern men. Eliot believes that modern men are hollow from their insides, and they are empty but filled with straw just like a scarecrow. The paper consists of several important topics about the literature of modern age, and its start. A particular focus is put on the major poets of the period. And the most important thing is demonstrating the critics’ views on Eliot and Eliot’s view on modernity. Besides, the paper presents an introduction about the emerging of modern age and defining the specific terms in relation to modernity and modern age; the role of tradition and intertextuality in Eliot’s poetry and finally depicting the two major themes in the poem in which Eliot himself during his life was in quest of finding a satisfying religion, and his “The Hollow Men” is a mirror to the conditions of the society after the world-war in which suffering from lack of faith, religion and morality. Moreover, the characters inside the poem live a very meaningless life that has been rejected from either Heaven or Hell, therefore they live for nothing.

Brucella is an intracellular Gram-negative bacterium. Previous reports showed that gene polymorphisms of cytokines can affect resistance or susceptibility to Brucella infection. Interleukin-13, a cytokine secreted by Th2 lymphocytes, has an important role in immune responses against established infections. \nIn this study, we investigated the association of three polymorphic sites of IL-13 with susceptibility to brucellosis in Iranian population. In this study 169 patients with brucellosis and 71 healthy controls were included. DNA was extracted and genotyped for three bi-allelic polymorphisms of IL-13 gene at positions -1512A/C, -1055C/T, and +2044G/A by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method. None of the studied alleles and genotypes of IL-13 gene (-1512A/C, -1055C/T, and +2044G/A) showed significant relationship with susceptibility to brucellosis. However, among eight haplotypes, the distribution of TCG and CAA haplotypes were significantly higher in the patients compared with those in the controls (P=0.002 and P=0.034, respectively). Although, the later did not tolerate Bonferroni correction. On the contrary, the distribution of TCA haplotype was higher in the controls compared to that in the patients (P=0.01). Furthermore, TAG/TCA haplogenotypes were significantly higher among controls compared to the brucellosis patients (P=0.025). P value resulted from TCA and TAG/TCA did not tolerate Bonferroni correction. There is no association between the inheritance of different alleles and genotypes of interleukin-13 gene and susceptibility to brucellosis. However, it seems that the inheritance of some haplotypes and haplogenotypes of IL-13 can impact the susceptibility to brucellosis.

This study is concerned with carbon nanotubes (CNTs) considering a thin layer flow of Casson nanofluid to coat the extending upright cylinder. The base fluids are used as water, engine and kerosene oils. The study has mainly focused on the two forms of CNTs termed single and multi wall nanotubes (SWCNTs and MWNTs) respectively. The constant magnetic field has been imposed vertically in the stream form. The governing equations have been transformed with the help of stretching variables into a system of coupled and nonlinear higher order differential equations. The controlling approach of the Homotopy analysis technique (HAM) has been executed for the result of the arising problems. The thickness of the coating film has been kept variable. The pressure distribution under the adjustable thickness of the liquid film has been calculated. The main features of flow like the skin friction, heat transfer rate (Nusselt number) and rate of spray during coating has been intended. The other physical parameters of interest like Casson fluid parameter magnetic parameter Grashof number volume fraction of nanoparticles fluid thickness parameter Prandle number and Reynolds number have also been shown physically and discussed. The key observation due to the variation of volume fraction of nanotube stung the temperature profile of the fluid flow. The velocity of SWCNTs is observed to be greater than the MWCNTs because the greater density and thermal conductivity of SWCNTs then MWCNTs.

A hybrid molecule which comprises the incorporation of two or more pharmacophores in one single molecule is basically designed and has showed multiple pharmacological activities or to counterbalance the known side effects associated with the other hybrid part. Coumarin and chalcone are two versatile synthetic scaffolds possessing wide spectrum of biological effects such as anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-HIV and so on. Abundant courmain-chalcone molecules have been designed depending on the varied combination form and substitution pattern of the core structure of coumarin and chalcone. This review compiles research reports on development of different coumarin-fused chalcone hybrids, and discusses the structure activity relationship of most potent compounds. It is intended to help medicinal chemist in designing and synthesizing novel and potent coumarin chalcone hybrids for treatment of different diseases.

This work is devoted to the presentation of the method of moments: brief overview of other numerical methods, theoretical foundation, formulation of integral equations, Development of the matrix method and examples. In this article we will discuss the detailed study of the method of moments (MoM) while making a brief description of the theoretical basis of some other numerical methods used in solving electromagnetic problems. For this, we have written a code in FORTRAN 90 based on the MoM numerical method that we have applied to some electromagnetic problems and also a model, which is interesting in electronic, the charge density of conductive wire in this study.

In terms of translation debates it relates to domestication and foreignization area of translation techniques. Lacunae can be inaccessible, often implicit, but translations must preserve lacunae to be lacunae or reveal the lacunae thus eliminating them. The commentary can be added in the book, a footnote added in the article and the extensive commentary may be missed in speech. The techniques of elimination and adding are used. The result of a translation may be successful or not depending on how lacunae will be eliminated or compensated in translation. Lacuna can be interpreted as empty place in contrasting languages, zero verbalization in the written and oral discourse, null transfer or the explicit substitute instead of the lacunar original. Lacunae are active actants in language, speech and cognition.

Egypt intends to supply 20 percent of generated electricity from renewable sources by 2022.This paper discusses the optimized sizing and the economic analysis for PV –Diesel system at El-Sheikh Zayd city in Egypt, the software used is homer softwareFor this study, The load is 200 kW AC work 24 hours every day, this has scaled up the annual peak load to 216 kW peak. The optimization results show that PV-Diesel-battery based power system is economically more practicable with a minimum total NPC of $ 60.160.159 and a minimum COE of $.330/kWh.

Introduction: Sexual functions of men and women interact with each other. Sexual life should be concerned as couples sex life. Therefore any problem or improvement in the sexual activitiy of one of the couple will effect the other. Some studies dedicate that sexual functions of women upset upon their partners’ decreased erectile functions. Tadalafil has been used for improving the erectile functions of men for several years. In recent years low dose of tadalafil (5 mg) has been used for both relieving lower urinary tract symptoms and improving sexual functions. In this study we aimed to see whether sexual functions of women will improve upon the improvement of their partners’ sexual functions after using daily 5 mg tadalafil for 3 months. Methods: Sexually active partners of men using 5 mg daily tadalafil, aged between 20-60 years were included in this study. Attendants using any medicine that affect sexual functions, have the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus and have the history of genital surgery were excluded. Sexual functions of men questioned with Internation Index of Erectile Function-5 (IIEF-5) form and sexual function of their partners questioned with Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) form. All men with lower urinary tract symptoms filled up IIEF-5 form before the treatment and again after 3 months medication. All their female partners filled up FSFI form at the first control visit after 3 months medication. The partners concomitantly filled up the same form (FSFI) according to the situation before 3 months (before medication).Results: There was significantly increase in the IIEF-5 score of men (p<0.05). Similarly there was a significantly increase in the FSFI score after 3 months treatment (p<0.05) There was no significant correlation between the age of men and the improvement of IIEF score (p>0.05). Also there was no significant correlation between the age of men and the improvement of FSFI score (p>0.05). Addditionally, no significant correlation was determinated neither between the age of women and the improvement of IIEF score (p>0.05) nor between the age of women and the improvement of FSFI score (p>0.05). Conclusions: Sexual partner satisfaction is an important issue in men’s sexual life. It must be investigated and should be paid attention by the physician while conducting the medication.

The article is devoted to the issues of the main modern challenges in the Arctic: geoecology and geopolitics. The authors discuss the importance of addressing both the geoenvironmental (GER) and geopolitical (GPR) risks related to oil and gas industrial development of the Arctic territory. Particular attention is given to the issues of ways to turn the risks as into the additional opportunities and threats. The article focuses on the importance of interrelation and mutual influence of GERs and GPRs in order to create an effective risk management strategy and a model for business planning and operations in the Arctic Region (AR).

The Non-line-of-sight (NLOS) error holds a considerable importance in indoor positioning systems. A hybrid approach combining channel impulse response (CIR) based fingerprinting (FP) positioning and an iterative Time of Arrival (TOA) real time positioning method using Ultra Wideband (UWB) signaling systems is proposed in this paper to mitigate NLOS errors in indoor positioning. A unique idea is implemented for the arrangement of reference tags to create a fingerprinting database to reduce the computational complexities in FP method. The simulation results depict that the proposed hybrid method yields better positioning accuracies and is much robust in NLOS error mitigation than TOA only and FP only positioning methods. Moreover, by analyzing the tradeoff between positioning accuracies in proposed hybrid method and its computational complexities, it is shown that the optimum arrangement of reference tags in FP positioning could reduce the computational complexity significantly while maintaining a higher positioning accuracy in the proposed hybrid method.

The performance analysis of an energy efficient hybrid air conditioning system for reducing energy consumption inside buildings using a desiccant cycle regenerated with solar energy is introduced. A theoretical evaluation of a hybrid desiccant air conditioning for the proposed arrangement is studied and compared versus the traditional vapor compression system (VCS). An energy and exergy analysis is used to describe the performance of the proposed system. Some system evaluating parameters such as system coefficient of performance ECOP, overall exegry efficiency and exergy destruction are studied at typical operating conditions. The obtained results from the introduced system are compared to VCS. At a specific operating and design conditions , an average increase of about 48.4 % in ECOP of the proposed system is achieved compared to VCS. The second law overall efficiency reaches 43.6 % at a certain conditions (RH=61% TA1=43°C) while it reaches 38.2% for VCS. There is an amount of total energy saving of 33.8% compared to a traditional VCS for a cooling unit of nearly 12.5 kW. Finally, it is recommended to use this technology in air conditioning applications to save energy.

This article aims to implement a methodology to verify the impact of the microclimate of public spaces in arid areas on the type of user stations. For this, we took as a field of study the place of martyrs in the city of Biskra. To characterize this impact, we have developed an approach based on the mapping of microclimatic data from measurements and the use of space from video observation. The analysis of the results made it possible to verify the impact of the two climatic seasons (winter, summer) on the type of stations of the users. It also confirmed that changes in microclimatic conditions during the day have a direct and consequent influence on the number of people frequenting the public space and the station time of users.

The role of gut bacteria in animal health has become increasingly important, especially, with limitations use of antibiotics in animal feed due to consumer pressure and legislation. This study showed the characterization of probiotic isolates was influenced by some prebiotic additives such as mannan and lignin in Japanese quail birds. Interestingly, the probiotic bacteria (Bifidobacterium spp. and Lactobacillus spp.) were observed to increase significantly in the groups of birds given lignin and mannan, as compared with the control group. The isolated bacteria were the most susceptible to ciprofloxacin, followed by vancomycin, and finally tetracycline. The antibacterial activity of lactic acid bacteria was greater against gram-positive bacteria than gram-negative bacteria. The sequencing of the 16s rRNA gene was done for the identification of the probiotic isolates of Bifidobacterium spp. and Lactobacillus spp. to identify the species and sub-species: Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, and Lactobacillus acidophilus. The dietary supplementation with lignin and mannan for three weeks also caused a significant increase in serum levels of globulin, total protein, and A/G ratio in the birds. In addition, the concentration of T3 showed an insignificant decrease, while the T4 levels showed an insignificant increase, as compared with the control group. A significant increase in the first and second antibody titer against NDV (Newcastle disease virus) was also observed after dietary supplementation of mannan and lignin.

Background: Improving the quality of waste containing high chitin-containing through bioprocess by utilizing the services of Bacillus licheniformis microbes, Lactobacillus sp. and Saccharomyces cereviseae obtain a quality product to meet requirement of domestic chicken. The objective of this research was to get optimal bioprocess condition in making Nutrient Concentrate and also description its quality biologically in domestic chicken.\nMethods: Research using experimental method in laboratory. The experimental design used was a complete randomized design, consisting of six treatment rations (R0, R1, R2, R3, R4, and RS) and each repeated five times. The data were analyzed by means of variance and the differences between treatments were tested by Duncan\'s multiple-range test. \nResults: The results were obtained: (1) Bioprocess of shrimp waste by Bacillus licheniformis for two days followed by Lactobacillus sp. for two days and continued with Saccharomyces cereviseae for two days resulted in the best nutrient content (crude protein 48.50%, crude fat 7.81%, calcium 7.57%, and phosphorus 3.14%), (2) Metabolizable energy value and protein digestibility of Nutrient Concentrate in domestic chicken were 2613.90 kcal/kg and 72.91%, respectively.\nConclusions: Processing of shrimp waste for poultry feed, especially domestic poultry can be done with multilevel fermentation technology using microbial services to Nutrient Concentrate has good chemical and biological qualities.

In Assur military history cavalry which was an unbound unit had been formed the most important arm of the army. Cavalry appeared in Assur for the first time in 1st Millennium BC, and they were depicted as a regular warrior unit first time at Assurnasirpal ll (883-859 BC) period palace reliefs.Cavalry units consisting of archers, shield bearers and spearmen were able to combat in rough and hard terrains that chariots could not be used or limitedly used in areas such as marsh areas, valleys, channels, mountainous and rural hood areas and forests. Moreover, because of the armour and weapons such as spear chariots couldn’t cope with rough terrains, thus having capacity of making sudden assault against enemies that equipped with the heaviest weapons is the main determinant that led cavalries took the place of chariots in such circumstances.Onwards 8th Century BC in Assur Army cavalry units that consisting of archers and spearmen were called pithaillu or sa pethalli and they were mounted units which were trained to employ in rough terrains. Cavalries, regardless of their primary usage they could took part in other missions in accordance with the needs of the army. In reliefs that dating back to Assurnasirpal II (883-859 BC) Salmanesser III (858-824 BC) and Tiglat-Pileser III (745-727 BC) periods archer and spearman had been combated as pairs and while archer were shooting the spearmen were holding the horses reins. In this period horsemanship had not been improved much yet. Cavalries were riding horse without saddle and stirrup and they were sitting too back and it was making the control of the horse harder. In addition to this the armour, the shield and heavy boots were restricting the movements of cavalry to a large extent. In Sargon II (721-705 BC) reign cavalry unit made a set of progress. Covering horse with armour had been appeared in this period as an innovation. During Sargon II (721-705 BC) reign cavalries were armed with a short bow or with a long spear. On the other hand, again in this period in order to balance saddle and in order not to harm horses crupper and breast band had been begun to be used. Later, Assyrian cavalry learned to control horse with their feet and so that they learned to shoot while them were mounted. During Senharip (704-681 BC) and Assurbanipal (668-627 BC) period’s cavalries lined up as single line ensuing archers and spermen. This strategy paved the way for cavalries to kill enemy soldiers injured by infantries. Especially in Senharip period’s (704-681 BC) palace reliefs, assault of Assyrian cavalry to Elamite archers and defeating the Elamite archers who were defending the slope, clearly reveals the importance of cavalry for warfare.

Background: Of the Mantispidae, three species in two genera, Afromantispa nana (Erichson 1839), Nampista auriventris (Guerin-Meneville 1838) and Nampista ragazziana (Navas 1929), were recorded from the Egyptian fauna. Results: During the present study Afromantispa Snyman & Ohl 2012 was recorded for the first time in Egypt from Wadi El Lega South Sinai, also male genetalia was dissected and photographed for the first time. Conclusions: Keys to genera and species, distributional data, synonyms and diagnoses accompanied with figures were included.

The term \"pesticide\" is a composite term that includes all chemicals that are used to kill or control pests. In agriculture, this includes herbicides (weeds), insecticides (insects), fungicides (fungi), nematocides (nematodes), and rodenticides (vertebrate poisons). Commonly used pesticides can be harmful to people, pets, and the environment. Part of the problem is the toxicity of some pesticides, but even more important is the sheer volume of pesticides used in the countries worldwide every year. Much of it finds its way into water, air, and soil. The studies reveal that the most commonly used pesticides are likely the ones to cause water pollution.\nPesticides are pure or mixed substances of varying nature (chemical or biological), that are used by humans to mitigate or repel pests (bacteria, nematodes, insects, mites, mollusks, birds, rodents) and other organisms that affect food production or human health. They disrupt some crucial component of the pest\'s life processes inorder to kill or inactivate it. These also include substances like insect attractants, herbicides, desiccants, and plant growth regulators.

In this research, we analyze the current situation of water in Saudi Arabia as well as its state of shortage more and more in the future by envisaging it by the methodology of Box and Jenkins, suchlike, a manager and a treasurer to work out plans of actions to meet growing needs of the populations and development for today and tomorrow. Our object is to find a better model based on water consumption data in Saudi Arabia and use it to forecast. The results of fitting were as follows: the best SARIMA Model for fitting water consumption in Saudi Arabia is ARIMA(1,0,1)x(1,1,2)12.

Animal grazing affect rangelands ecosystems by changing dimensional characteristics. The aim of this study is to determine the most important variations on plant traits in response to the livestock grazing in Baladeh-Noor rangelands of Iran. Various plant characteristics were measured in moderate and high grazing intensity and exclosure for three key and palatable species of Artemisia aucheri, Astragalus sp and Bromus tomentellus. In order to detect plant properties variation in three sites (exclosure, moderate grazing and critical grazing) and to determine their sensibility, the DCA and PCA analysis were used. According PCA analysis, the most changes of grazing effect in first principal component is related to the crown and basal large diameter, underground biomass and root. It was observed significant changes in five plant properties. Also, the results showed that 92.98% of changes are described by first and second axes and the most of Eigen value are crown and basal large diameter and root with 0.982, 0.977 and 0.968 respectively. As a result, the correct management of grazing according to the potential of soil and vegetation cover of each site could improve the condition of rangelands and produce the constant and dominant forages and livestock

Nabumetone is a Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which belongs to a drug class which provide antipyretic and analgesic effects in lower doses and anti-inflammatory effects in higher doses. A simple, highly sensitive, accurate and isocratic RP-HPLC stability-indicating method was developed and validated for determination nabumetone by using Cosmosil C18(150x4.6mm, 5?m) column using Acetonitrile: water pH-5 (55:45 %v/v) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8ml/min. The detection was done by using PDA (Photo diode array) detector at 229nm. Calibration curves for all drugs were in the range of 0.125-8 ?g/ml and the linear regression coefficients were more than 0.999. Recovery rate was in the range 98.8% to 100.5%. The limits of detection was found to be 0.035?g/ ml. Also, the limits of quantification was 0.107 ?g/ml. Repeatability and Intermediate precision was done and the % RSD was found to be less than 1%, by changing few method parameters robustness was evaluated which has shown %RSD of less than 2%. Study aimed to conduct forced degradation studies and develop an simple, effective method which can effectively separate drug from its degradation products. This study was conducted at multiple time points to estimate the rate of degradation. Stress testing was done for acidic degradation, basic degradation, neutral hydrolytic degradation, oxidative degradation, dry heat degradation and Photo stability study. In this present study a new co-crystal of Ticagrelor with Quercetin has been fabricated with improved solubility. Ticagrelor is a class VI drug with poor solubility and permeability; hence an attempt has been made to improve its solubility by co-crystallization technology. A co-crystal is a structurally homogeneous crystalline material containing an API and the co-former in definite stoichiometric amounts. In this study the conformer selected was Quercetin based on ease of hydrogen bond formation and also as Quercetin will provide a synergistic effect with Ticagrelor. The co-crystal of Ticagrelor with Quercetin was prepared in two ratios (1:1, 2:1). Ticagrelor formed stable co-crystals in the ratios 1:1&2:1. The formation of co-crystal was confirmed by PXRD, DSC and FTIR. The dynamic solubility of co-crystals in the ratios 1:1 and 2:1 increased by approximately 1.6 fold as compared to pure drug.

Current research in computer vision increasingly continues to focus on creating systems to observe humans, understand their appearance, activities, and the behavior. Moreover, attention is given to building sophisticated interfaces and constructing sensible human models for different purposes. There are two well-known problems, of the current foreground extracting: the noise and the destabilization in background. To mitigate the core effects of these problems, a novel complementary foreground extracting method is proposed, by combining background subtraction with thresholding and morphological processing. We deal with these methods by calculating the false positive and the false negative of these three methods which are threshold value method, morphological processing and our proposed complementary foreground extracting method. We then test these methods in different environments, which include fluttering tree, running car and pedestrians. Our output results show that our proposed method effectively and efficiently solves the two problems described above.

Culture of anthropomorphic monoliths generally associate to burial rites and traditions that involve in imagine a figure in high social rank. The culture flourished at Caucasia, Eastern Anatolia, and northwestern Iran, sequentially, from late 3rd to late 1st millennium BC. The Stelae present common similarities; however, they differ in details. Rates of visual and technical similarities confirm cultural connection during the time within the vast geographical area. Present paper historically and culturally involves in cultural process, common features, and dissociations of anthropomorphic monoliths, while collection of data is relying on bibliographic studies and field works. Major characteristics of the monoliths, at late 3rd millennium, are engraving designs on one side, frontal view, separate engraving of head, relief, emphasis on male sexual organ (phallus), using waist cloth to cover sexual organ, and depicting probable sacrificial animals. Despite of few visual similarities and difference of the monoliths, during 2nd millennium, the most important feature is emphasis on narrative nature of the monoliths, while technically made after engraving and relief. Development of artisanship and manipulation of raw materials resulted to qualitative and quantitative advances in monolith industries during 1st millennium BC.

Background. Adhesion is a key issue for researchers of various fields, including attempts to develop new diagnostic methods. Furthermore, over the past decades a paradigm shift has occurred in the field of microbiology with the understanding that microorganisms present in biological systems exist in biofilms, rather than in a free-living state. This has changed the way we study microorganisms in vitro and resulted in the development of new experimental models that replicate biofilm environments. The current study explored the possibility of attaching bacteria to micro-silica particles possessing a specific electrical charge at their surface. The aim of the study was to detect possible differences in the speed of rates of turbidity between different species of suspensions of microorganisms with and without SiO2 beads. This knowledge could assist in the development of a new diagnostic tool and be useful to better understand biofilm formation process. Materials and methods. Reference cultures of Staphylococcus epidermidis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Bacillus subtilis subsp. Spizizenii Nakamura et. al., Escherichia coli 25922, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus faecalis, Methicilin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Methicilin sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA). SiO2 glass beads. Densitometer (suspension turbidity detector). Data analysis was conducted by paired Student’s t-test. Results. Bacterial suspensions of S. epidermidis, N. gonorrhoeae, B. subtilis, E. coli, P. aeruginosa, E. faecalis, MRSA, MSSA with SiO2 beads showed statistically significant quicker decreasing of turbidity rates in comparison with corresponding suspensions without SiO2 beads. In opposite, bacterial suspension of S. epidermidis with SiO2 beads showed slower decreasing of turbidity rates in comparison with corresponding suspension without SiO2 beads. Conclusions. High fast potential of silica particles to adhere the most of microorganisms except S. epidermidis can be used as a background to develop a new diagnostic tool to distinguish S. epidermidis from other bacteria in vitro and should be considered as an obstacle to use silica for implants due to possible active biofilm formation in vivo.

In recent years, there has been an increased interest in researching curriculum implementation in language education. Many studies discussed curriculum implementation of English as a second language with the aim to improve teaching and learning skills, and to facilitate curriculum innovation in the ESL context. Teachers play a key role in the process of curriculum implementation, as they determine whether or not curriculum innovation is successfully executed in the classroom as intended by policymakers. This paper explores the factors affecting teachers’ role in the process of curriculum implementation of English as a foreign language (EFL), curriculum reports through a structured questionnaire by 6 EFL teachers in three universities from Malaysia. The findings of this study revealed that six external and internal factors were significant predictors of teachers’ curriculum implementation. Among these factors; resource support, teaching experience, English proficiency, and professional development needs. On the other hand, the main challenges for this study were, the complex nature of curriculum implementation, and the multifaceted role that teachers must pay attention to, which occur within EFL context Kostelny (2012).

Hard ticks belong to order Acarina, all of which are parasitic and feed from the blood of different animals and can transmit harmful diseases to humans or animals. Considering the importance of these parasitic bloodsucking arthropods, their species recognition in Kashan was interested.\nIn this research, sampling sites were selected randomly in mountainous and desert regions of Kashan. Hard ticks were separated from domestic wildlife hosts such as cattle, sheep, goats, wolves, foxes, and porcupines. The collected ticks were stored in ethylic alcohol 70% and were identified by microscope stereo using a key in the laboratory. \nThe results showed that there are at least 4 species of hard ticks of the Ixodidae families in Kashan. Of the 1,498 ticks collected from the Ixodidae family, Hyalomma asiaticum (66.5%), Dermacentor marginatus (14.5%), Rhipicephalus sanguineus (0.5%), and Haemaphysalis sulcata (0.25%) were identified. \nDue to the existence of at least 4 species of ticks from family of Ixodidae, they have a significant role in the health system in terms of the transmission of various diseases. Hyalomma asiaticum tick is diagnosed with high frequency in the region. Hyalomma ticks are of the most important CCHF vectors that have been reported endemic in Iran. It is recommended that villagers and livestock breeders receive necessary training on the health importance of these ticks.

Abstract\nBackground and Purpose: A. crassicauda is one of the most venomous and deadly animals in Iran. It is responsible for the stinging of a large number of people, which results in serious and deadly clinical complications. A. crassicauda is more abundant in warm regions of Iran and has been collected from different habitats. Due to the importance of this scorpion, this study was conducted to investigate the Ecomorphotype condition of that in Iran. \nMaterials and Methods: A. crassicauda samples were collected from Isfahan, Khuzestan and Kerman provinces during the study. Sampling methods such as black light, rock-rolling, digging other animal nests in desert zones were used. The characteristics of collecting sites were recorded and analyzed after data extraction. \nResults: Out of 165 samples of A. crassicauda, 43.6% were Errant, 38.2% were Lapidoculus, 14% were Psamophilic, and 4.2% were Corticoulus. They were collected from the towns and villages, in the gaps and holes under the walls of mud and bricks, inside the caverns and undergrounds, under construction materials, outside residential buildings under the rocks, under the crust of dead trees, and from the nests of other animals. \nConclusion: A. crassicauda is from the opportunist group in terms of the selection of habitats; it uses any hole and shelter to protect itself.

Previous studies indicated that child molester not only damages or impairs a children’s body but also could cause serious psychological trauma. The concepts presented in this paper highlights the characteristics, categorization, and manifestation of child molester, classifications based on the psychological course of perception/cognitive bias, classifications based on biology and brain activity, and consolidated sex offending model: attention, perception, and cognitive processes of child sex offenders. Future studies should continue to build more effective and efficient prevention strategies.

Visual Secret sharing is a technique for securing secrets that involves the distribution of secret into many shadows. In this paper an efficient, secure, watermark based verifiable (t,n) secret sharing scheme using YCH model is proposed for multiple 3D models. 3D models are securely shared among ‘n’ participanats such that less than ‘t’ cannot reconstruct the original secret. Watermark is embedded into original 3D model after which secret sharing is performed. During reconstruction atleast ‘t’ shadows are pooled to reconstruct the multiple 3D models. Various experimental analysis is performed to detect the security measure of the 3D model. The feasibility of the watermark reconstruction is demonstrated for various 3D models. The simulation results shows that the secrets and the watermark are retreived from the shares without any loss.

This paper deals with a new method for direct power control (DPC) of a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG)-based wind energy conversion systems. Unlike previous methods, the switching look-up table and hysteresis comparator of conventional DPC are omitted. According to the discrete model of DFIG in dq reference frame, the rotor control voltages are calculated based on the measured stator voltage, references and measured active and reactive powers, rotor position and some machine parameters in any sampling period. The proposed method provides zero steady state error, fast dynamic response with fixed converter switching frequency to simplify the design of a converters and a harmonics filter. Furthermore, the proposed method is highly robust against model parameter mismatches as a superior performance. Simulation results of a 2 MW DFIG system confirm the superior performance of the proposed control method.

In this paper, the indirect matrix converter (IMC) is used to provide output voltage which mutable in magnitudes and frequencies from AC power supply. It delivers sinusoidal current. In addition, IMC permits high dependability. However, the ratio of transfer voltage is less than one in IMC. To overcome this problem, model predictive control MPC is used to optimize the system. Also, MPC is better than least square approximation LSA because LSA have high mathematical multiplication problem. The simulation result is achieved by using Matlab. From the results, the proposed MPC with IMC have power over the LSA.

Nature has always been an important source of medicinal agents since ancient times, opening up new avenues for the successful treatment of several human diseases. The main sources of these natural compounds are living organisms including plants, animals, fungi, and bacteria. Contribution of plant-derived compounds either in their original or semi-synthetic derivative forms extends far back in time in drug discovery. The main focus of present review is on osthole [7-methoxy-8-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)-coumarin], a natural compound present in numerous remedial plants like Cnidium monnieri and Angelica pubescence. Several studies have revealed that osthole possess wide series of pharmacological traits such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-hyperglycemic, neuroprotective, and anticancer. Cumulative data by researchers supports the role of osthole against cancer but there have been no studies to assess its toxicological profile either in animal or in human. This study will be warranted to better determine its efficiency towards the clinical settings either solitary or with standard clinical drugs in combination.

Electronic and electrical wastes are special types of wastes whose main components include capacitors, transistors, ICs, electronic circuits, cathode and anode components, and have toxicity, pathogenicity and stability in the environment and even in the body of living organisms, corrosive installations And equipment and the like. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effective factors in the release of heavy metal cadmium in the soil environment. For this purpose, the effect of various parameters such as temperature, pH, time and humic compounds on the release of cadmium from E-wastes to soil environments was studied. The results indicate that in soil, the level of cadmium penetration in very acidic and very alkaline pH increases the amount of release. Also, increasing the parameters in soil environments will increase the cadmium penetration of the E-waste into the environment.

This paper gives an extensive review of previous research work conducted to identify the impacts of climate change on water availability, crop yield and food quality. The research investigations conducted suggests that climate models with higher resolution can be more helpful in generation of future climatic projections. Stochastic projections of more than one model are vital for finding vulnerabilities and also to form management policies. Climate change has its impacts primarily on temperature, precipitation, surface water and ground water so the agricultural practices need to be improved simultaneously. Models which simulate the yield are useful tools for assessing the yield response to change in climatic constraints. Multiple climate models integrated with weather generators and yield simulating models (like DSSAT-CERES, InfoCrop, CropSyst) are very useful in improving the strategies to adapt with the changing climate and food quality. The evapo-transpiration will get changed due to increase in temperature; crop yield will also get reduced. Hence the agricultural lands needs to be expanded, studies with multiple climate models are to be integrated with population, crop yields so as to tackle the problem of water availability, crop production, food quality & security.

Lack of forage in semi-arid areas is one of the important issues in these areas. Cultivation of forages is effective terms to provide food of livestock in respect to rangeland condition and the high number of livestock. Obviously, it is necessary to identify cultivation circumstance and its approach based on plant physiological properties. We aimed to study the effects of time, depth, and sowing distance of Coronilla varia cultivation, seeds cultivated at three depth one, two and three cm and with distance of four, eight and twelve cm from each other at two level of times one and 15 march. The sextet growth characteristics investigated at 18 experiment unit during 15 weeks. The ANOVA based on Tukey\'s range test, results showed that cultivate treatments had significantly effect on the growth characteristics. The highest mean of stem height, length of leave, cross and height of branch and leave were recorded at sowing date of 15 March based on four cm distance and. Thereby, distance and sowing date has more effect related to depth. Distance of four cm and sowing date of 15 March provide better properties to growth for Coronilla varia.

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the control of the unified power flow controller (UPFC) to improve the stability of a power system hence providing security under increased power flow conditions. The proposed control methods include a direct proportional and integral (PI) controller and a neural adaptive control. The performances of these controllers are evaluated under different operating conditions of the power system and the results demonstrate that PI and neural adaptive control are very effective in improving the transient power system stability and very robust against variable transmission line parameter. The studies are performed based on well known software package MATLAB/Simulink tool box.

Bacteria and fungi are associated via interactions dependent on diverse modalities of molecular communications for their development and functionalities. The resultant impact is the discrete contributions to biogeochemical cycles and biotechnological processes. In recent years according to Iran planning, Science Diplomacy is developing foreign policy and the international relationship among nations. According to the major role of higher education in produce and dissemination of science and technology, providing a framework for diplomacy development through universities become important. This study has 2 main question that consists of dimensions and elements for Developing Science and Technology Diplomacy Development S&TDD; and factors and criteria of the role of higher education to S&TDD;. Also, the search method was the mix. The sample was the foreign policy and higher education specialists who participated in the interview. For qualitative part used questionnaires made by the researcher and Sample was faculty of K.N. TOOSI University. Sampling was the whole counting. The results indicate that the framework includes 3 dimensions and 30 elements for S&TDD; and 5 factors and 21 criteria to improve the role of higher education.

However, this study aimed to create a mental health minimum dataset.\nMaterials and Methods: This was a systematic review and search. Using databases including OVID, ScienceDirect, Scopus, WOS, and PubMed and Google Scholar search engine, the terms which were related to mental health minimum data were searched. Applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, the resources were selected and examined. Finally, the mental health minimum data elements were determined based on results of literature review.\nFindings: In total, 29 studies which were conducted in 2000-2016 were included. Most of them were conducted in Australia, America, Canada, England, Malaysia, and New Zealand in 2010 onwards. The data elements which were extracted from sources were classified in two general categories: management data and clinical data. The management data including identifying information admission (22 data elements), demographics / history (19 data elements), and discharge information (12 data elements) and clinical data including SERVICE EVENT DATA (46 data elements) and patient assessment (8 data elements) had the highest and lowest number of data elements, respectively. Finally, the unnecessary data elements which were named Supporting data elements (12 data elements) were added. Among the management data elements, the Unique Identifier Number in identifying information admissionsection and Gender and Date of Birth in demographic data section had the highest frequency among resources.\nConclusion: The mental health minimum dataset which is essential to collect and record consistently the dataset is a critical prerequisite to create and use electronic health records, registration system, and information system. Abstract\nBackground: \nInfertility creates psychological and social problems in many infertile women, men or couples that the most common problems are anxiety and depression. Also Assisted Reproductive Treatments (ART) includes: IUI, IVF, ICSI and etc increase anxiety and depression because of low success. Counselling has been strongly recommended by numerous governmental, medical and community associations to help infertile people psychosocial interventions. The purpose of this review was to determine whether psychosocial interventions improved anxiety and depression to identify the kinds of interventions that were effective.\nMethods: A review was done for studies published from 1997 to 2017 that were indexed in Medline, ISI Web of knowledge, Scopus, Elsevier, Google Scholar and SID. All psychosocial interventions divided to 3 different groups, including cognitive-behavioral Therapy(A category), mind-body interventions(B category) and other interventions(C category).\nResults: The most psychosocial interventions were effective on infertile women, men or couples. These articles showed a significant decrease in anxiety and depression. Although some of the meta-analysis have not any effect on anxiety and depression.\nConclusion: All interventions based on CBT, most of the interventions based on Body-Mind and some of other interventions are effective in anxiety and depression on infertile women and men.
